About the project
Mesh.ai is a performance management platform focused on real-time feedback, goal alignment, and coaching. To launch its AI-powered leadership assistant, Mesh needed to win over an audience skeptical of AI. The challenge: reframe AI not as a replacement, but as a supportive, humanized partner in everyday management.
Insight
Maven is a blue medium-sized owl that reflects calm, clarity, and intelligence.
Instead of a cold, futuristic form, Maven takes on a warm, animal-inspired character, softening AI’s typical edge and making interactions feel more approachable and gender neutral.
Solution
We created a flexible avatar system that adapts across product touchpoints for diverse contextual support and nudges.
